ABOUT ME
I am a Systemic Coach specialising in emotional wellbeing which, simply translated, means enabling people to lead happier lives
Those that work with me describe me as thought-provoking, supportively challenging, perceptive, and insightful, with deep care and compassion
I would describe myself as down to earth, intuitive, and mischievously challenging
When I’m not working, I’ll most likely be at outdoors - usually dog walking, or at yoga, or eating chocolate and listening to The Killers
One of my biggest learnings has been how emotional issues and difficulties, when suppressed, can follow us round and show up in other areas of our lives

At home or at work, these can manifest in very different ways, from unexplained feelings, to repeating patterns of behaviour, or health issues such as anxiety, depression, insomnia, eating disorders, anger and so on
If we are unaware or unable to get to the underlying cause, we continue to repeat patterns and subconsciously pass them on to those around us.
We can change relationships, houses, job roles, companies, even countries and find the same things re-surfacing with a new partner, new team, new manager, or new organisation.
Some of our own challenges may be because other people’s unresolved emotional issues have unknowingly been passed onto us. In some circumstances we may find that our own unexpressed emotions find a way of being expressed via our children

This is why I’m so passionate about increasing awareness and improving emotional wellbeing on a personal, professional, and organisational level - now and for future generations
Much of my work is now centred around Systemic Coaching and Family Constellations thanks to John Whittington and Lynn Stoney - two incredible practitioners and teachers and custodians of Bert Hellinger’s work
The impact it has on emotional wellbeing is both simple and profound.
MY BACKGROUND
After a French degree, the best part of 4 years as a Police Officer in Manchester and an 18- year commercial career in the FMCG sector I discovered my energy comes from making a difference for others
My passion for coaching and wellbeing was ignited in 2013 after attending a global leadership programme whilst working at Mondelez and experiencing first-hand the life changing and life-giving awareness and choice it brought me

This came at just the right time, living and working through an acquisition whilst under relentless pressure to deliver results - something which helped me understand the implications of keeping going no matter what the cost and the far reaching impact that can have both professionally and personally
I have a deeper level of understanding and connection to the challenges many people face Today - living and working in a complex world with relentless pressure, multiple everchanging priorities and continued change whilst juggling work and home life
In the following 3 years, I went through significant personal growth, focussing on myself for the first time in my life rather than solely on other people and business results.
Alongside my day job I immersed myself in learning and qualified as a coach
In 2016, when the opportunity came up to work for a global coaching organisation (then Coach in a Box, now BTS Coach) I decided it must be the universe, so I went for it.
There I worked as a consultant, coach, and facilitator, partnering with Global Organisations, designing and delivering leadership development programmes and executive coaching
Whilst I was relieved to leave behind a very stressful existence in the corporate world, I continue to bring all my years of experience – commercial and otherwise - with me and will be forever grateful for that and the support I had at Mondelez and the leadership programme and coaching that changed my life
Since then, I have set up my own business in addition to working on an associate basis with others, and continue to learn and grow with a specific focus on emotional wellbeing
