Workshops

Experiential and practical sessions that will challenge your perspective and shift how you feel

Who are they for?

Organisations and teams who would like to do more to support emotional wellbeing at work

Individuals or groups that want to understand more about emotional wellbeing and feel better equipped to support themselves and others

How do they work?

They are a library of useful modules that can be mixed and matched subject to needs, time, and budget

Whilst the workshops have set themes, I work sensitively and intuitively in the moment to tailor and flex to what’s needed by those attending

They are open to everyone and suitable for all ages, experience, and backgrounds

What's the benefit?

Expand your awareness and perspective and increase resilience and resourcefulness

Get practical tools and techniques for improving your own emotional wellbeing and supporting others

Learn from shared experiences - you can choose if you share - either way most people find the workshops to be a moving and insightful experience

FOUNDATION WORKSHOP

Foundation Workshop

This is a half day practical guide to improving emotional wellbeing at home and at work.

Working experientially with issues from the group, we will learn about the 3 core components that support the emotional flow of life and what underpins them.

The purpose is to leave with an increased awareness around what impacts emotional wellbeing and have some simple strategies that are easy to experiment with beyond the workshop that provide emotional support and relief.

MINI WORKSHOPS

  • Listening - a Life Skill: Presence and listening that builds trust and connection

  • Responsibility and Helping: What strengthens and resources

  • Size does Matter: Ourselves, others and things

  • Endings and New Beginnings: How to move forward more freely

  • Living with and integrating fixed challenges

Combine any of the sessions for a one-day experience.
