Group Coaching

Themed sessions working on individual emotional challenges as a group

Who is it for?

For teams or groups of people with specific emotional challenges in common

For those working in an emotionally challenging field such as the NHS, social care, family law, charitable sector, teaching and so on who would like support for the emotional impact of their work

You might be an Employer or Leader who would like to do more to support the emotional wellbeing of your team

How does it work?

These can be a full day, half day or simply an agenda item at a meeting where individual emotional challenges are worked on live as a group

The coaching is centred around pre-agreed themes and commonalities

The theme can be personal or work-related / field specific

Not everyone will share their issue

There is an enormous benefit from simply being a participant

A few examples of themed sessions:

  • Work life balance

  • Finding your feet in a new role

  • Returning to work after maternity leave

  • Challenges Leading a Team

  • Financial Difficulty

  • Being a working mum or dad

  • Being a single parent

  • Loss and Bereavement

  • Divorce and separation

  • Living in a blended family

  • Difficulty connecting with children

  • Caring for someone with a long-term illness

What's the benefit?

Enriching and powerful sessions that strengthen, develop and resource you emotionally

Awareness of triggers, entanglements and where your responsibility starts and ends

Being able to have and hold firmer boundaries without guilt

A sense of feeling unburdened and emotional relief

Finding common ground, shared learning and increasing connection and trust in teams

“Coaching is simply a conversation where someone feels heard and gets new insights into their own stuff that will make a difference to how they think or feel”
- Claire Pedrick
